Spiritual Greed

When a person starts his/her spiritual path, various road blocks obstruct them. One of the major roadblock is that people start to initiate good karmic deeds mechanically. As in, if someone is told to donate food to charity for 10 kids, then the person might start off mechanically at first. Though the person is doing the right thing, but the inner drive is absent as the driving force is only the words told by a teacher which we do to negate our bad karma. This mindset will not get us too far as we have not kindled our inner self to do those good deeds. Spiritual greed has various forms. The point where spiritual greed becomes dangerous is when we start comparing with our fellow mates or loved ones, when it gives rise to spiritual pride or ego. Also sometimes while doing charity in a group effort, if in the back of the mind a person is trying to give more through his hand then his mates...

Our own thinking patterns effect the health of our body. Each emotional thought pattern is really an underlying “reason” of a physical illness. Understanding the ailment can help us address the cause and thereby riding the body of the disease. That doesn’t mean that you can forgo mainstream medicine all together. Sometimes when you don’t listen to the messages of your body; the issue progresses and requires medical attention. These metaphysical concepts can help you understand why the illness formed, and how you can include metaphysical practices to help support the medical treatment from your physician. These thought patterns we set up within our consciousness find their control over our subconsciousness through a form of grief. Even if it seems to be a tiny issue, there is an element of loss and grief within the situation. By identifying what the grief...

Distance Energy Healing

Energy healing has been practiced for ages in many societies. The advent of long distance communications allowed us to stay in touch with relatives and friends that may live thousands of miles away from us. With this modern freedom, at times we find ourselves in a situation where those persons are sick, recovering in a hospital, or going through a difficult period in their lives, and we can’t be physically present to provide the support we would like to. If we are considering helping with non-physical energies (bioenergies, chi, prana), we can ask ourselves about distance energy healing: how it works, how to transmit it to another person, how long it takes, how would the other person receive it and finally about the healing process itself and the discernment. Distance Energy healing is the answer to your problems. Distance Energy Healing is basically healing spiritually someone at a...
